ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Have you found a product that you like to buy? Please put the product in the shopping cart. In the meanwhile you can continue shopping, the product(s) you put in the shopping cart are reserved for you for a certain amount of time. Once you finished shopping you can click on the shopping cart picture in the menu to continue to checkout.

Can I cancel, return or change my order?

Citizens of the UK and the EU may cancel or return their order in 14 days after the day you receive the product(s). If you like to change your order, please send an e-mail to info@byyoni.nl or send a message through our contact form.

It’s not possible to return hygienic products: By Yoni Steam seat, By Yoni eggs, By Yoni pearls, By Yoni soap and all the By Yoni products once they are opened.

If an item is returned the buyer pays the return shipping costs.

 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order at info@byyoni.nl . Provide us with your personal information, your order number and pictures of the damaged product(s).

I received incorrect item(s) what now?

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. We are very sorry if this has happened to you and will give you a discount code for your next purchase! When you contact us provide us with personal information, your order number and pictures of the incorrect item you received.

I didn’t received an order confirmation?

It can take up to 24 hours to receive an order confirmation. If you haven’t received an confrimation after 24 hours, please contact us through info@byyoni.nl or send a message through our contact form.

How much does the shipment cost?

The shipment costs are automaticcaly calculated by your check-out, the costs differ per country.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Austria, the UK and the US.

When can I expect my order?

Once we have received your order our teams works hard to send your order out a.s.a.p.! Usually this happens within 24hrs and if you live in the Netherlands you can receive your order within one business day. During the holidays it can take up till 72 hours before you receive your order.
After your order has been sent out you receive a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment at any moment of the day.
